Community service activities from Triveni institute of dental sciences

Triveni institute of dental sciences has been an institute working for the betterment of the community dental health as well, along with the departmental activities.

It has been conducting regular dental camps in the rural communities for their betterment where facilities are provided for dental health education and complete oral health examination with emergency treatment being provided on the spot. Emphasis on oral hygiene has been very strong with benefit to the children been given maximum importance.

Serial camps have been conducted by the department of community dentistry at the schools and for the general public in the following places where the rural community has been given the maximum advantage at their door steps.

1. Dental check up camp at SARGAON on 30/11/2008 where maximum people were screened

2. Dental check up camp at GHURU on 7/12/2008 where 61 patients were screened .

3. Dental check up camp at MENDRA on 14/12/2008 where 53 patients were screened .

4 . Dental check up camp at BHILAI on 21/12/2008 where 32 patients were screened.

5. Dental check up camp at SAIDA on 28/12/2008 where 28 patients were screened .

6. Dental check up camp at BODSARA on 9/01/2009 where 197 patients were screened .

7. Dental check up camp at CHICHIRDA on 9/01/2009 where 35 patients were screened .

8. Dental check up camp at BELMUNDI on 21/01/2009 where 162 patients were screened .

9. Dental check up camp at KOPRA on 28/01/2009 where 94 patients were screened .

10. Dental check up camp at PENDRIDIH on 04/02/2009 where 209 patients were screened .
