‘Singhai Lakhmi Chand Memorial Trust' is being registered with SDM, Bilaspur. The Main Object of the trust is to establish a full fledged Dental College , under the name of 'Triveni Institute of Dental Sciences, Hospital & Research Centre'. This College would provide Dental Education of high standard and quality to the people of Bilaspur and neighboring Districts. Besides meeting educational needs, the ‘Singhai Lakhmi Chand Memorial Trust' shall provide free Dental care / treatment to poor people, which is, otherwise, beyond their reach.

The ‘Singhai Lakhmi Chand Memorial Trust' establish this Dental College in 2008 under the leadership of Shri Vinod Kumar Jain.

‘Singhai Lakhmi Chand Memorial Trust' is a prominent state-level organization which addresses the concerns and issues of the minorities in the state. With an active presence in all districts of Chhattisgarh, ‘Singhai Lakhmi Chand Memorial Trust' recognized the need to provide opportunities for technical education to the under-privileged. Thus 'Triveni Institute of Dental Sciences, Hospital & Research Centre' was born.

Following this, ‘Singhai Lakhmi Chand Memorial Trust' expanded its foray in the educational sphere by establishing Business Academy and Degree College for undergraduate courses. Under the banner of the Trust, these colleges seek to provide students with a strong foundation of education and life skills.
